I suspect Arj Barker’s show at the Athenaeum was not sold via MICF ticketing (it’s usually a TM venue), but MICF-ticketed events have this in their T&C’s. This isn’t unusual or rocket science. Modern audiences just don’t seem to respect fellow audience members or the performer.

Arj Barker is in the news after a mother and baby were asked to leave for disrupting the show. Last year Melbourne International Comedy Festival I did a show specifically for mothers and babies. After I found out half of the kids were mine, I was the only one who wanted to leave. 😂 #MICF #ArjBarker

It was also a privilege to perform at the All Stars Supershow Gala, on the opening night of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. It's the biggest gig in town!
