Eu har helt tappat det. Man lagstiftar en övre gräns för cybersäkerhet när det kommer till browsers. Alltså inte en lägstna nivå, utan ett tak på hur bra säkerheten får vara. Man tvingar också browser att acceptera statliga nycklar utan kontroll
