This week, RWANDA UNION OF THE BLIND(RUB) completed a two days training on #MarrakeshTreaty for Managers of libraries. The training focused on the role of libraries in facilitating access to reading materials for persons who are blind and visually impaired.

As part of the 10th anniversary of the #MarrakeshTreaty , it's worth looking at the data on how governments are integrating it into national law.
