Mom’s endocrinologist prescribed a med because her A1C levels went up. Pharmacy can’t fill it w/o pre-auth & blames the doc. Doc sought pre-auth but got denied & blames insurance. Insurance blames the doc. Meanwhile mom is on Day 9 w/o live-saving meds.
