Nearly 1 million people are living with MS in the United States.

My sweet “Nanny”, was diagnosed with MS years ago, and was my inspiration for choosing this cause. Together we can help cure MS!

This year for #MyCauseMyKicks I chose to honor the American Cancer Society. 1 in 3 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I have personally had multiple family members diagnosed and it is a cause very close to my heart. Together we CAN make a as difference! 💙

For #mycausemykicks , I’m bringing awareness to screening for head & neck cancers.This cause is near & dear to my heart as my dad battled this type of cancer & lost his fight in 2016.Head & neck cancers account for 3.3% of cancer diagnosed in the U.S.

This year for #MyCauseMyKicks I am recognizing Alzheimer’s Association to honor my grandma. There are currently more than 6 million Americans living with this condition. This disease affects individuals, caregivers, government, and the nation’s health care system. 💜🤍

For #MyCauseMyKicks I want to honor and celebrate @thenscd which offers adaptive athletic activities to improve access and opportunities for people living with a disability.

For #MyCauseMyKicks I would like to promote Domestic Violence Awareness. On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. My goal is to bring awareness to this issue, and help stop the Cycle of Violence.

Both this year and last year I have dedicated #MyCauseMyKicks to Mental Health Awareness. As someone who has found help early in their mental health journey, it is pivotal for me to express the importance of finding the right support for something that isn’t always tangibly shown
