#earthday serves as a reminder of the environmental challenges we face and the need for collective action to take care of our planet. At #MyForestArmenia , we do reforestation and afforestation  in Armenia. Over the past few years, we have managed to plant around 2,000,000 trees.

Growing in containers encourages the roots to intertwine and hold the soil together. When the seedlings are replanted in their final location, the roots remain undisturbed, making it easier for them to adapt to their new #environment . #reforestation

Our operational manager Vahe and nursery supervisor Levon are checking the growth of the seedlings in the #greenhouse .

The spring #plantingseason concluded. Our primary focus was on the Jrashen I and Lernajur IV areas - for a total of 114,574 trees. In Jrashen I, we replanted in the areas where the survival rate was not satisfactory: our goal is to create a dense, thriving #forest #ecosystem !

The concert was epic. We had proudly provided 3000 seedlings that were planted right after it. A million thanks Tigran Hamasyan for your engagement with Armenia and with our #planet .

While visiting My Forest Armenia a short stop at #DanielyanGroup Bakery in Spitak, another successfully supported 🇳🇱PUM project, a visit highly recommended!

Celebrating #EarthDay2023 , the Tufenkian Foundation has partnered with My Forest Armenia and funded 730 trees to be planted in #Armenia .

🏆 #TeamUN won the Nature Quiz Night organized by My Forest Armenia. 960 trees are planted on behalf of UN Armenia as a prize.
🌳 For the past few years, the UN Armenia has been involved in several nature-friendly projects, including planting 18,000 trees in the UN Forest in Lori.
