Oceans are again - literally, and quite rightly - on the big stage at UN Climate Change.
We have come a LONG way since the 2019 “Blue COP” in Madrid - the #OceanClimateDialogue will remain pivotal in mainstreaming #OceanClimateAction .
The #ocean community was strongly mobilized during #COP27 . The progress made is encouraging as UN Climate Change further acknowledges the role of the ocean, strengthens the mandate for the annual #OceanClimateDialogue , and agrees to #DropTheS .
