Incredibly aromatic, the more air you draw into the palate the more it bursts with flavour.

There's nutmeg, chocolate covered raisins, burnt orange peel, roasted walnut and tobacco.

The oiliness carries brazil nuts and gingerbread. Epic

This is what Pot Still whiskey and Powers is all about. Bursting with spirit character, barley biscuity aromas, tonnes of robust spices.

It's Irish Whiskey Amplified, demerera stout syrup, hazelnut, chocolate orange and dusty leather!

#PowersWhiskey #TalkDram JL12 on the palate: very complex. Initially, and don't take this the wrong way, I'm getting baby vomit. That's strange right. There's a milky acidity there that I can only describe that way. What's worse is it is not putting me off.

Three Swallow has become my go to whiskey lately, helped largely by SuperValu selling it for 33 quid but it's such an elevated flavour from gold label for me. I do love how the powers family has great options for all whiskey drinkers and budgets #talkdram #PowersWhiskey
