Atlas Q1 debuts a new modern Atlas launch vehicle series with the goal of eventual first stage RTLS propulsive landings and Cost per launch dropping.

Falcon 25. Replaces the falcon 9. Nearly every mission is rtls. It can land on droneships, but only for missions that would have required a fully expended falcon 9 heavy.
Designed to speed up reuse and increase cadence. Uses the same F9 merlin engines. has the ability to hover.

The ODIN #technologies mainly revolve around the ODIN #platform and key enabling resources

a) the platform and its components,
b) the fundamental KERs, #IoT / #RTLS , #Robots and #AI ;
c) new processes like: clinical applications/services, management application/services and others

Man I was cooking with my old ksp designs. Impractical and high cost of reuse, yes, a fun shuttle design I came up with on my own, also yes. Could it survive an engine failure and do a RTLS abort or any other abort if an engine failed? Probably not.

Wouldn’t have quite made it home in time so we detoured for the launch. It was well worth it. Nice RTLS too! 🚀
