I thought I 'might' be up for 5k today & ended up doing half marathon 6/12 of 24 & my longest run ever 23.5k! I've been struggling mentally this past 2 weeks with burnt out & couldn't really train. Took 3 hrs to get out the door but so glad I did! And STILL SMILING 😁
