🔋 SB615 will ensure EV batteries are recycled

💧 SB389 brings greater functionality to our antiquated water rights system

🌎 SB867 would create a $15.5B climate bond for mitigation/adaptation efforts

SB389: This bill re-establishes the Autism Advisory Council which would advise the legislature and state government on coordinating services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and increase public awareness of resources.

#SB389 is going to the Governor. Clarifies in statute the water board’s inherent authority to ask for information on water use by large users with pre-1911 and riparian rights. Baby steps.

Assembly amendments concurred in. (Ayes 30. Noes 8.)
