A bipartisan majority of Senators are now on record in favor of the ERA as the 28th Amendment. Unfortunately a minority of Senators believe that we do not deserve sex equality. We won't give up until the 28th Amendment is enshrined in the U.S Constitution. #ERANow #SJRes4

#ERA #SJRes4 Failed to pass today. However, .Chuck Schumer changed his vote to No so he could put forward a motion to have the resolution reconsidered & put up for a vote sometime in the future! Only a no vote could enable a Senator to make that motion.
