Great that these young men and women were able to parade this week as they were commissioned as officers in British Army 🇬🇧, despite the #coronavirus . Note application of #SocialDistancing to the drill. Last commissioning parade in “Battle dress” was 1945! #ServetoLead #BeTheBest
Two years at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst … done! Some of the best times of my career to date. Humbled to have played a part in so many Cadets’ journeys and grateful to all those I’ve worked with for their support #army #sandhurst #servetolead
Despite the weather conditions 🌧️🥶 on Ex WAVELL’S WARRIOR, morale remains high among British Army Medical Services, Royal Army Chaplains’ Department & #ArmyReserves cadets as they enter the final phase of CCS223!💪🏻

CC213 have gone up the steps, the horse has followed, and the rest of the Academy has marched off the square and back to New College…and it’s recess. See you back in a few weeks for the new term.

It was a pleasure to welcome the The Army Air Corps’ newest officers to our Army Aviation family yesterday. Congratulations on your King’s Commissions, 2Lts Michael Walsh, Jamie Rogerson, Gus Groves and James Shields and best wishes for exciting years ahead. #ServeToLead #AboveTheBest
Really touched by the birthday wishes I received from colleagues this week. In 50 years on the planet with 30 of them in the Army, I’ve learned much, but most important is that the team matters. They will support you if you support them; and I have a great team. #servetolead
Congratulations to all who commissioned into the #britisharmy yesterday; and the 33 international cadets who proved such wonderful ambassadors for their countries, none more so than this remarkable woman, Ghada Temeiza, our first Palestinian #Sandhurst graduate. #servetolead
This came through the post today. Great to see our Cadet Officer instructors are getting a solid foundation of leadership. Good work Neil Jurd. #ServeToLead Army Cadets UK @ACFColCadets BIG Phil Campion
Last week one of my Junior Officers organised for 15 soldiers from across the Battalion to skydive for the first time. This week another is leading 30 soldiers and officers on an Intelligence Corps overseas sailing expedition. Amazing effort going into Adventurous Training. #ServeToLead
“Great to welcome CC 202, this is the beginning of an incredible journey for these motivated young men and women. I wish them all the best during their time Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. #ArmyConfidence #ServeToLead #Sandhurst
Reflecting on Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 70 years of exemplary service to the country and commonwealth, but now we look forward as a new intake of Officer Cadets start their leadership journeys as future British Army leaders.

I still think pictures like these in your office are useful daily reminders of duty 😊There is no finer example 🇬🇧

Today was Old College Sunday for our junior term. 1st opportunity for friends and family to see their Officer Cadets within the Academy since dropping them off at the steps of Old College 11 weeks ago. Hope you all enjoyed the day. #servetolead
The last Sunday of term means Colours to Chapel. The Academy Colours are marched in and laid on the altar as we remind ourselves what we’re about.
