My employer SOAS University of London has withheld just under £2k from my pay as 'strike' deductions for April. We *did not take a single day's strike action in April*. This year, I have published a book and won a major grant for my employer. As a reward, SOAS commits wage theft

My employer SOAS University of London stole my wages again, but even more this month. This time deductions do include some strike days, but most of what they call 'strike' is a marking boycott; I did research, writing, admin, email, meetings w/ staff and students, at least 95% of my job

SOAS deducted 100% of wages from anyone that participates in a marking boycott, even where they are still doing other work. This inc pension payments, so effectively 120%.
