I think Amanda Plummer's human looking villain in #StarTrekPicard S3 is Son'a/Ba'ku in origin. This is fuelled by the Shrike having some Son'a design cues, and the nebula that it chases the Titan-A through looking eerily similar to the Briar Patch from #StarTrekInsurrection .
This comment, from #StarTrekInsurrection , was as true of the TNG movies as much as #StarTrekPicard . I've badly missed the spirit of exploration.
