A school district doesn’t even need a reason to non renew a teacher. So when I see people on Twitter talking about “unions” in Texas I laugh at their stupidity. When I see a politician saying it I get pissed because they know better and are lying to the people. #txed #txlege

People with no clue talk about teacher unions & associations in Tx. Unions are not an issue not happening in most places outside of large urbans and is a choice. Most join because it is a cheap way to get liability insurance- period. Do not negotiate and do not cost districts $.
