As Jennie turned 27 today, we gifted 27 trees on behalf of her name to be planted by One Tree Planted. These trees will be planted as part of TerraFund’s support for AFR100.

Yesterday, PBC launched the Terrafund AFR100 project in Rutsiro district. It promotes agroforestry among children and farmers for ecological and economic benefits. A total of 130,000 trees, including indigenous and fruit trees, will be grown.

Exciting news from western Uganda! 🌱 Through the #AFR100 Project, with support from One Tree Planted and #WorldResourcesInstitute under Terrafund, Solidaridad has raised 60,000+ tree seedlings which are set to mitigate land degradation. #ChangeThatMatters
