Marcelina has just flown north over 470 kilometres! She is currently between Tibooburra and White Cliffs. It's our first real insight into the long distance movement patterns of the Endangered Australian Painted-snipe.

👀 LOOK WHERE MARCELINA IS NOW! She has just crossed the border into QLD and entered the Lake Eyre Basin! She’s currently near the Cooper Creek after flying 250 km from the Yancannia Creek area east of Packsaddle, between White Cliffs and Tibooburra, where she spent ten days.
