#TombTuesday - Altar Wedge Tomb, County Cork, at Toormore Bay near the Wild Atlantic Way. The tomb was built ca. 3000 to 2000 BC. It was a sacred place for many centuries; found with cremated burials dated to c. 2000BC. It measures 3.4 m by 2 m and is capped with two roofstones.
