This morning, we have joined our partners SRHR Alliance Uganda and consortium partners to launch the We Lead Program that will work towards claiming for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for all women. Follow online via #WeLeadOurSRHR & #WeLeadUg

Through the #WeLeadUg program, we will be working with consortium partners to promote access to sexual reproductive health and rights information, and services for women. Different strategies and initiatives will be implemented by each of our unique members. #WeLeadOurSRHR

Betty Achana from the National Union of Women with Disabilities, says that the #WeLeadUg program will help all stakeholders identify how SRHR has been exclusive for people with disabilities but it’ll also work towards including them in all programs going forward.

The #WeLeadUg program has officially been launched in Uganda. It is also going to be implemented in Lebanon, Jordan, Niger, Nigeria, Mozambique, Kenya, Guatemala and Honduras courtesy of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs 🇳🇱.

We held a joint activity in Arua for our rightsholders from Arua and Terego districts affected by displacement on “ending violence against women and girls” This was an opportunity for them to have exchange learning.
