Ensuring equal representation of women in #PCVE policy & programming is crucial to tackling #ViolentExtremism . Delighted to address a meeting of exceptional professionals & members of OSCE #WINGenderEquality networks to discuss how to further efforts in gender-sensitive #PCVE .

A perspective on intersectionality of gender and national minority issues is yet to be fully enacted in State policies, practices and institutions. The office of OSCEHCNM and OSCE Gender Issues Programme commissioned research into this.

Important discussions with women #humanrights activists from 🇧🇦 & 🇺🇦 at tonight’s reception for the OSCE #WINgenderequality project. Norway is committed to combating #ViolenceAgainstWomen and fully supports the OSCE’s work on gender based violence in conflict.

As we are discussing men's role in achieving gender equality, this takes on specific significance in the context of the #16DaysOfActivism and this year's focus #NoExcuse - we need to work together on preventing violence against women and girls. #WINGenderEquality #CHANGEquality

#WINgenderequality and ODIHR’s #CHANGEquality working together & engaging men on and for gender equality. Great initiatives were presented. Today we will be mapping recommendations on how to engage men in advancing women’s political participation and on transforming politics.
