#YesCCT > ER pt w CP ordered as a CTA aorta to r/o dissection. Found CAD w thrombus in the mid LAD w large area of ischemia in the anteroseptal and apical walls of the LV. Pt subsequently worsened with change EKG ischemic changes and MI symptoms>rushed to the cath lab
