Safe Seattle YouthCare sounds like another HIC grift. Especially if they’re letting 23 year-old men stay in their shelter.

⚜️purpledawg⚜️ Safe Seattle He's now banned me so not sure the context but Youthcare gets $4mm/year in private contributions. Plus the government grants take someone skilled to write the RFPs. I'm not a big fan of Youthcare but given the current system I'm not sure I'd say they are a failure.
