Been chipping away at some progress towards the 90° Push-up and Weighted Chin-ups. The straddle shape is starting to feel more achievable with the HSPU, and this set I hit 120 lbs x 5 reps on the chins.

One superset.

Hardest to easiest.

EACH exercise till failure.

Repeated it 3x with 5min rests.

Wide pullups → Regular pullups → Chinups. Straight into... Declined pushups → Normal Pushups → Knee pushups. Right into... Squats.

Shire replace pullups with overhead press. you're already doing chinups and this list is short. replace curls with rows. rows and pulls hit very different muscles in your back. the chinups hits your biceps good enough
