625 lbs.

I didn't get it set that great, especially in my hands.

But for my first heavy deadlift in 2.5 years, after well over a year of a physical therapy protocol, I'll take it.

I'll clean it up when I go heavier in a few weeks.

Last night was my test and I’m so proud of myself! In 20 weeks my numbers have increased so much!
Squat: 205 to 345
Bench: 145 to 160
Deadlift: 265 to 440

Here’s my third deadlift, 440 pounds. I almost died, but I picked that jawn up 😂

اكثر مشكلة تواجه المبتدئين الم اسفل الظهر والسبب التكنيك الخطأ

خصوصا في تمارين مثل Cable kickback / Hyperextension / Romanian deadlift

❗️اذا حسيتي بالم مزعج وقت التمرين وقفي وعدلي التكنيك ودايم ابدأي اي تمرين جديد بوزن خفيف

صوري نفسك و راجعي ادائك وعدلي على التكنيك باستمرار

Final meet of the season! Some highs and lows for me on Sunday. 600 equipped squat, 365 equipped bench and 535 raw deadlift, 7/9 on my lifts. Got my 1500lbs season goal!! Looking forward to next year, but as soon as track postseason is over, it’s football time.
