As a doula, I factor in that a lot of men go months (before and after) w/out intimacy, deal with erratic mood swings, more financial pressure and the stress of a bigger leadership role. ALL VALID.
fun fact from a doula ; all breastmilk is customized just for that baby. the baby’s saliva sends a message to a mother's brain to find out what nutritional needs the baby needs. and the breastmilk will adjust to fit that need. the human body is amazing.
