Right now I am taking supplements to support my thyroid, immune system & digestion. This includes B Complex, multivitamin, NAC, Vitamin D/K, Zinc, Selenium, echinacea, magnesium, L-Glutamine and probiotic. My anxiety has decrease and my digestion has improved.
