Today, our Principal Consultant, Michael Watson, spoke at the latest Westminster Health Forum conference.

The event focused on #waitingtimes and #electiverecovery in England, with Michael talking about learning lessons from the past & keeping on top of operational management.

At this week's #ElectiveRecovery time-out, members were joined by Helen Moore from the NHS Behavioural Science Unit, who presented on behavioural approaches to system leadership.

Colleagues also discussed work being done to drive productivity and reduce waiting lists.
