What a great event at Balmoral Hotel last night to talk about 'Fight2Thrive', a project that we feel so passionate about.

It was amazing to talk with 50 respectable business owners who came with open ears to hear what I had to say. Hopefully they could feel the passion

Tonight, I visited some of the boys involved in the Fight2Thrive programme ran by Steven Ward .

A brilliant programme teaching the young people resilience, discipline, and self belief through boxing.
