I've been extracting pom juice this way for years. No spills, no juicer and you get everything out of those tiny pearls. Just a clean ziplock bag and rolling pin does the trick. You can thank me later.

Desi Winter Pickle. Today it’s
(cauliflower,🥕& turnips). It’s Sweet,Sour,Spicy from the Jaggery & white Vinegar, fragrant with Cloves,Cinnamon,Black Cardamom,Roasted Cumin, Mustard powder & oil. Will be tender and ready to eat in 2-3 days.

Moonglette 🍴

Recipe - soak 1 cup chhilka moong daal, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup masur daal for 4-5 hrs.
Grind the soaked daal with some garlic, ginger, chillies, fresh coriander. Add salt to taste.

Make dosas. Serve with ketchup and chutney.
