Desi Winter Pickle. Today it’s
#GobhiGajarShalgamAchar (cauliflower,🥕& turnips). It’s Sweet,Sour,Spicy from the Jaggery & white Vinegar, fragrant with Cloves,Cinnamon,Black Cardamom,Roasted Cumin, Mustard powder & oil. Will be tender and ready to eat in 2-3 days.

Recipe - soak 1 cup chhilka moong daal, 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup masur daal for 4-5 hrs.
Grind the soaked daal with some garlic, ginger, chillies, fresh coriander. Add salt to taste.
Make dosas. Serve with ketchup and chutney.
