I ordered veg Paneer Tikka bowl from #FreshMenu on #Zomato . I get food with ‘non Veg’ label delivered.I raise this with #Zomato ChatSupport team, they ask me to share photos of food, I share,they say it’s Paneer. This definitely doesn’t look or smell like paneer!

I recently ordered the Chargrilled Moroccan Paneer Thali from Freshmenu (Sarjapur, Bangalore) via Zomato. However, what I received was a non-vegetarian item, which I can't consume and not suitable as per my preferences.

1/2 I ordered a Sandwich from FreshMenu thru Swiggy. order was 20mins late. Then after opening the pkg I realised that it has raw veg in it as opposed to my original order which is made of grilled veggies
After raising the concern and getting the refund i decided to eat
