Difficult airway in #OBAnes is always problematic. We have to maintain excellent airway management skills for #MaternalSafety . Don’t forget extubation is also risk of aspiration. I personally recommend #GastricUltrasound prior to extubation after #StatCSection . #TorontoOBA
