#Ardhahalasana Lie down on the ground on the back,with both the hands on the side, slowly raise the arms and legs to 90degrees and come back slowly, staying for 1 minute.
If the navel is averted,then by doing Ardha Halasana for two to three minutes,the navel sits in its place.
