#KarnatakaHighCourt ORDER: Union of India could not have imposed a blanket ban in the teeth of rules in force. Circular travels beyond what is found in ABC Rules (birth control rules).

If there is a rebirth of such a circular (banning or regulating dog breeds in India), stakeholders shall be heard : Court records in ORDER.

Stakeholders would also include organisation certifying breeds, not just pet owners.

Not at all happy with this news , the Government must figure out some way of tackling this issue . We have seen in recent times dangerous cases popping up in various societies of Delhi , Gurgaon , Noida etc ..
