Yesterday - a rather forlorn attempt at clarifying what we can actually achieve at wash-up in terms of freeing leaseholders. I almost wish it would be nodded through as I can't stand just going through the motions.

The NLC Facebook group is inundated with desperate leaseholders trapped in homes they can't sell due to onerous ground rents because the government FAILED to bring in a Ground Rent Cap.
