RESULTS:

✅ Macrovascular endothelial function (ability of the largest blood vessels in your body to work properly) did not change.

✅ Microvascular endothelial function improved

✅ 6 weeks. 
✅ 21 obese women.
✅ Low carb diet (10% carbohydrate, 60–62% fat, 28–30% protein)

RESULTS:
