Graphics always elude me. Currently a mix of modified Pooyan sprites and temporarily ripped off SNES bust-a-move sprites (animation is perfect). Just wanted to see what it would look like without a square placeholder.

Tidying up the gameplay and looking at how to vary levels for 'BALLOON JERKS' (thanks β€’ πšπš‘πšŠπš πšπš˜πš– πš‘πšŠπš•πš• β€’)

Gameplay gets pretty frantic once the top wall starts moving down (not on this level). Still placeholder graphics for the player. Needs sfx & music now.

Revisiting to tidy up a few things now 0.1.0f has more stable sound. Removed dark blue side-bars but kept a thin line since it's important for the player to know where the edge of the play area is. Happy with the sfx. Title music now.

Well, that didn't take long to get player control in place for my snood/bust-a-move inspired game. A few quirks for sure but feels good. Might add an optional sight-line since I'm rubbish at judging the angles πŸ˜‚

Well, I made matching 3 or more bubbles into more of a chore than it needed to be (due to a simple typo)!

Next, the 'unattached' logic, i.e., if it doesn't link up to the ceiling, it drops!

Damn, trick shots are addictive! Definitely leaving the sights in early levels. Gonna have a bit of a break, keep finding myself just firing balloons and not coding πŸ˜‚. Only started this 24 hours ago. Really pleased how it's going.
