New @bioconductor package from our lab demuxSNP.

studies using HTO multiplexing to load >1 sample per lane. The cells tags should assign cells to samples but it’s problematic.

demuxSNP can QC & increase assignment of cells to samples.

In BELAs, but not in VE cysts, we found a small cell population that expressed AVE markers, and that mapped to AVE cells annotated in recent scRNAseq datasets from the mouse embryo. AVE cells were found in small patches on many BELAs.
