NEW preprint: #PhyKIT is a command-line tool for analyzing multiple sequence alignments and phylogenies.

Here, we detail #protocols for using PhyKIT to build #phylogenomic supermatrices, quantifying biases/ #errors therein, identifying putative radiations & so much more.

This project was born out of the 2024 WORKSHOP ON PHYLOGENOMICS in Český Krumlov of Czechia. Many thanks to the coauthors Gemma Martínez Redondo, Thomas, Emile Gluck-Thaler, Xingxing Shen, Toni Gabaldón, RokasLab, & Rosa Fernández!

#Chestnuts can be contaminated by multiple #mycotoxins produced by #Penicillium . Ten Penicillium #genomes were compared. Several #andrastinA , #roquefortineC , #mycophenolic acid, #patulin , #penitremA  clusters.
