This is one of the most appalling employment tribunals I've reported on.

Bosses at a baby scan clinic racially harassed a Nigerian sonographer. They threatened to end her immigration sponsorship if she didn't do as she was told.

It wasn't a case about just one bad clinic...

As correctly highlighted by Conor O'Mahony this is not in fact a reality for the average person. Access to the court & vindication of legal rights remains a remote possibility for most people, and large swathes of our population subsist beneath the laws radar, with no protection.

I take my daughter to the polling station for the first time so she can see her Ma vote today.

We'll be talking about least worst choice and being fair to everyone.
