Was good to be back in the basketball chair after a few months or so out due to not wanting to pick up any injuries for my Marathon challenge.

Was great to start working with Adam and I’m very lucky The Injured Jockeys Fund have him here to help me with my next goals. 🤞🏻🔥

Well what can I say!? What an experience that was and it’s true what they say the crowds really do push you through it. There were times in the race I’m not going to lie but I was struggling a few moments with shoulder and forearms in some discomfort.

Tomorrow morning I will be having an interview with ITV Meridian news set to be live around 6:30 tomorrow night!

Strength and conditioning with just 4 days to go was 2 miles on the F.E.S leg bike, Thera bands, stretches and massage gun.

Wow! What a push today! Gutted it cut out about a mile and a half of the push so it should be around 18 miles.

It Was very challenging with the head wind, camber on paths and some hard inclines to tackle. All in all I’m pleased to get in a 5 hour push!

I can’t believe the London Marathon is under five weeks away! It’s coming round to fast!! Not a bad session today after a decent losing up massage on my back I started with 10k hand bike, 3 1 minute sets assault bike finished with 2 miles on the treadmill.
