I’ve enjoyed helping to put together the genetics/genomics module with Deena-Shefali Patel - some fantastic material from great teachers, covering fundamental science to clinical application 🧬🔬🩸

This is HARD to obtain data -capturing exposed contacts from the beginning of viral shedding is not easy. The quantitative virology performed by wendybarclay's lab requires expertise and hard work. We don’t have this type of high quality data available even for influenza.
