Hi Sarah Langford your book, Rooted, about regenerative farming is great and it resonates with how we in Edinburgh are trying to get more kids to cycle to school. We are slowly getting there but cycling/active travel is still the exception not the rule😭.
We’re demanding UK governments ban new industrial poultry units, get chicken consumption to a sustainable level and help farmers get out of this damaging industry and into nature-friendly farming
