I suppose it doesn't matter since JP's outfits are often devoid of language or a sense of tradition. But wearing a long tie with a dinner jacket (see the shiny facings) is quite bad taste. It should be worn with a bow tie (and a better shirt collar)

Working on a video about the myth of objectivity and how it applies to debate/logic culture, especially in the YouTube and streaming spaces.

Who are folks you associate with relying on 'objectivity' and 'facts' in the debate and video essay spaces?

If there a name for the phenomenon where people (often in tech) articulate a well-known idea from the humanities as if they're inventing it for themselves?

(example: Sam Altman thinking he invented emergent materialism.)
