It’s chauffeured NYPD SUV that NYPD Chief of Patrol John Chell was just driven away in. It parked inside the City Hall gates today while Chell and other brass testified on the budget.
It has 200+ speed camera violations (but Chell is often driven to emergency scenes).

I have no idea if the law suit against Mayor Eric Adams has any merit. I am an attorney and so is this legislator and I would not use the word “frivolous” to describe a law suit I know nothing about.
