Today we joined Governor Brian P. Kemp, Rep. Devan Seabaugh, & men & women in law enforcement for the signing of SB 517 - a new law to help officers do their jobs every day.
When they keep us safe, we don’t need them worrying about frivolous lawsuits or politically-motivated prosecutions.
Today, along with Governor Brian P. Kemp & First Lady Marty Kemp, I was honored to join the families of nine brave law enforcement officers who laid down their lives to keep us safe.
They're heroes, & we're forever grateful for their service & sacrifice.
May God bless our law enforcement.

Georgia has championed the safety of female athletes for years, and I've joined governors around the country in demanding better from this White House.
