The floods have shown us that the govt is not prepared for any natural disasters. Residents of mathare engaged in a peaceful protest to petition the govt against displacing people living in Mathare. We are in solidarity with all the arrested comrades. We are free to protest!

CFF brought together Kakamega CSOs for a stakeholder validation forum with the Kakamega County Government department of Public Service and Admin to input on the draft Public Participation Policy. CSOs have been pushing for the enactment of this policy to give effect to the Act.
