Seems to be a trend towards large NGOs in Britain adopting 'global majority' communities (to talk about all people who aren't white).

I think organisations should not adopt until have checked
- do most people understand the term?
- do most people it is being used about approve?

I hope Keir Starmer Rishi Sunak & other party leaders do so. Devolution within England deserves cross-party support. Dispersing power, bringing decisions closer to the people they affect, improved accountability & value for money fit well with Conservatives tradition
