Our nationwide sensitization on FGM have successfully kicked off today with a spectacular engagement in Wellingara. We had meaningful conversations with community members, commencing with a #KickFGM football match fused with musical performances by Bright Stars.

We are happy to announce that we will be embarking on a nationwide sensitization on #FGM from the 20th April to the 29th May, 2024. This engagement will target community members, National Assembly Members, religious leaders, students, etc. to hold meaningful

By decriminalizing FGM, we risk perpetuating a cycle of violence and oppression against women and girls, undermining the progress towards gender equality and women's empowerment.
