Markus Red TfL Taxi & Private Hire Unify applies the regs that taxi drivers are hired from the hail.

If this is the legislation (considering s.17(2) 1853 Act, s.40 London Cab Order 1934 and s.164A EqA 2010) then why is TfL not applying it to other companies operating in the HC market?

Only way FREENOW UK can do this is to charge LESS than the metered fare. Great for consumers but terrible for worker rights of black cab drivers. The metered fare, set by TfL Taxi & Private Hire, is calculated to return an industrial wage. FN are determined to drive taxi drivers into poverty.

Freenow still claims to be the 'agent' in taxi driver-passenger contracts, despite HMCTS ruling them as the principal.

Complying with these regulations, as outlined in the Hackney Carriage Acts and the London Cab Order 1934, is essential for Freenow to maintain its agency role.

LEVC Anyone that buys one should have unlimited warranty on the erad for at least 10 years. We know the part is not fit for use, you know the part is not fit for use yet you fail to address this matter. Beyond contempt.
